Construction:

This product is improved on the basis of the first stage product. It has light weight, low heat leakage rate (thermal conductivity) and good thermal insulation effect. However, it has some defects, such as weak bonding and easy blistering on the outer skin of the car.


The third stage


Totally enclosed polyurethane plate bonded FRP structure. It is used in the second and third generation refrigerated vehicle manufacturing enterprises. This product is light in weight and has a high heat leakage rate


Low thermal conductivity and good thermal insulation effect. Using unsaturated polyester resin as binder, plus cushion, heat insulation material with rigid polyurethane foam, low thermal conductivity and high strength. Plate bonding with high strength, high sealing adhesive, forming a whole. The only defect is that the polyurethane has a large loss after cutting, so the material cost is high. Especially in the current situation of serious price increase of chemical raw materials, the production cost of car is higher and higher. The refrigerated vehicle with this structure occupies a dominant position in the domestic and foreign markets, and is also the process used by the refrigerated vehicle manufacturing enterprises in China.
