As we all know, from July 1, 2019, all vehicles, including special purpose vehicles, will implement the national six emission standards nationwide. Therefore, national six models will become more and more popular. Compared with national five emission standards, national six emission standards are more stringent, so their use is also different. 1、 Instructions for use of oil

1. All diesel vehicles of GB 19147 must use regular diesel which meets GB 19147. It is necessary to know that inferior diesel will damage engine parts such as high-pressure oil pump and fuel injector, damage the DPM unit, cause doc catalyst failure and DPF blockage failure in the aftertreatment system, lead to excessive emissions, cause permanent damage to some parts, and eventually increase the high maintenance cost.

2. The urea solution meeting the GB 29518 standard must be used for all types of vehicles, including obstacle removal vehicles and truck mounted lifting vehicles, to ensure the internal cleanness of the urea tank. Poor quality urea will block and damage the urea pump and urea nozzle, causing SCR box crystal blocking, resulting in excessive emissions.

2、 Maintenance and use of filtration system

1. Be sure to use the original air filter, diesel filter, mechanical filter and other filter parts to ensure the cleanliness of air intake, fuel and engine oil.

2. Poor quality air filter element will increase the intake particulate matter of engine, cause engine wear, and cause DPF blockage and damage.

3. Inferior diesel filter or mechanical filter will damage high-pressure oil pump, fuel injector and other components, resulting in early engine wear and increased failure rate of aftertreatment system.

4. Clean, maintain or replace the filter components regularly in strict accordance with the maintenance specifications.

The emission of all vehicles is related to the three filters, urea solution and oil quality. Therefore, the above points must be paid attention to in the process of using the national six vehicles.
