Many customers only know that refrigerated vehicles are cooled by refrigeration devices, but they have no idea what components the refrigerator is made of. 1、 Function of refrigeration compressor


Refrigeration compressor is the most important equipment in refrigeration equipment, which is usually called the main engine. Through the work of the refrigeration compressor, the refrigerant steam is increased from low pressure to high pressure, and the continuous flow and transportation of the steam body is realized.


The functions of refrigeration compressor are as follows:


1) Absorb the refrigerant vapor from the evaporator to ensure a certain evaporation pressure.


2) Increase the pressure, low temperature and low pressure refrigerant vapor compression into high temperature and high pressure superheated vapor, in order to create condensation at high temperature, such as summer temperature at 35 ℃.


3) Transport and drive the refrigerant flow in the system and complete the refrigeration cycle.


Secondly, according to the different cooling media, condensers can be divided into four categories, and their functions are as follows:


1) Water cooled type: this type of capacitor, refrigerant discharge heat is taken away by cooling water. The cooling water can be used once or recycled. According to the different structure of water-cooled condenser, it can be divided into three types of refrigerator (3 pieces), horizontal shell type and sleeve type.


2) Air cooling (also known as air cooling): in this kind of condenser, the heat released by the refrigerant is taken away by the air. The air is naturally convective and the fan force can also be used. These condensers are used in freon refrigeration unit, and water supply is difficult.


3) Water air cooling: in this kind of condenser, the refrigerant is cooled by water and air together, but it mainly depends on the evaporation of cooling water on the surface of heat transfer tube, and absorbs a lot of heat from the side of refrigerant as the latent heat of water evaporation. The main function of air is to accelerate the evaporation of water and take away water vapor. The water consumption of this kind of condenser is small, and the air drying, water quality, water temperature and regional water are not enough, which is the optimization model of capacitor. According to their structural types, condensers can be divided into two types: evaporation type and spray type.


4) Evaporation condensation type: in this type of condenser, the refrigerant vapor on the other side of the heat transfer wall is cooled by the cold effect produced by the evaporation of the refrigerant in another refrigeration system, while the latter is condensed and liquefied. For example, the evaporative condenser in a cascade refrigerator is.


3、 Function of expansion valve:


The effect of throttling and depressurizing of expansion valve is that the pressure drop of refrigerant liquid passing through the high-pressure condenser is caused by the blockage of throttle valve, which leads to the vaporization of part of the refrigerant liquid. At the same time, it absorbs the gasification latent heat and reduces the temperature. It becomes low-temperature and low-pressure wet steam and then enters the evaporator.


4。 Functions of evaporator: evaporator is also a kind of heat exchanger, which makes the low-pressure and low-temperature refrigerant liquid absorb the heat of cooling medium (air, water, brine or other refrigerant carrier) in the boiling process, so as to achieve the purpose of refrigeration.
